Server

Iowa Athletic Club is a popular sports bar and made-from-scratch restaurant in Coralville, IA, located in Iowa River Landing next to Xtream Arena. We're hiring full-time and part-time Servers to join our team.

If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and providing great service, we'd love to hear from you. We offer a supportive team environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow with us.

Fully trained Servers earn $4.35 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly, attentive service that creates a great guest experience
  • Learn our menu, beverage offerings, and service expectations
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Support bar operations through stocking, organization, and preparation
  • Maintain clean, organized dining and bar areas
  • Work alongside trainers and managers to build the skills needed for future bartending responsibilities
  • Follow company policies and assist with other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous restaurant experience is required
  • Bartending experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred
  • Must successfully complete IPACT Training within 30 days of hire
